Last Thursday Robert and I traveled to Jackson, MS for the Handworks Holiday Market. Half way through setting up my booth space I realized I'd left a big box of magnets back at home- hundreds of them, that's weeks worth of evenings spent at the coffee table assembling miniature prints of my work into magnetic acrylic cases. Crap. But! Two super heroes (my dad and Robert) swooped in and saved the day with a double effort that split the drive in half, and said magnets made it to Jackson and found happy new homes all weekend. I also finished a new watercolor last week just in time to debut it at the show. It features the great state of Mississippi. I sold the painting over the weekend, but limited edition, signed prints are available to purchase here. Looking forward to slowing down this week and taking some time to just be thankful... for super heroes and so many other blessings in my life.
