I'm Having a Mommy Moment

This post has absolutely nothing to do with art.  It's just that I got a new camera for my birthday, and I think my kid is really stinkin' cute sooooo... you do the math.

I've been painting custom orders this summer more than anything else.  I've got three in the works right now.  It's a bit slow going because I still haven't perfected my mama/artist juggling act. 

Plus, it's summertime and honestly, I'm easily distracted by all the opportunities that offers.  

I'm pleased as punch with my new camera so far.  It makes me really excited about taking better pictures of my art prints and stationery products.  Hopefully I'll be able to update my website with a more professional look.   

For these baby pictures I owe a big thank you to my special helper.  He kept Seth looking right at him the whole time I was fiddling around with my new camera.
