I'm a holiday lovin' person. Always have been. So right now I'm looking forward to Easter!
Seth loves the plastic eggs I picked up from Target, and the boy is obsessed with the chick and bunny window clings that are stuck to the glass on our front door. We have one or two other Easter decorations around the house, plus a bowl of chocolate peanut butter eggs that torture me all day long.
Seriously, I should probably just eat them all right now and get on with my life.
So candy, plastic eggs, and cheapo window clings- well on our way to a fun and festive holiday for sure, but I found myself needing something else, something that reminded me of real Easter.
A painting was in order.
It's small, but it's enough.
I made prints and put the first one in a frame I swiped out of Seth's room. He must have known I stole his picture frame because that lil stinker immediately climbed up and swiped it back.
He's a tough negotiator, but I think I've worked out dibs on the frame through Easter. Really, nothing in this house that rests on a surface less than 4 ft tall truly belongs to me anymore... so we'll see.
