Over the past few weeks I've finished up several custom projects.
For starters, this is Keylo, a white German shepherd.
Keylo's not with us anymore, but I was honored to preserve his memory with a portrait. Such a pretty dog!
This invitation I did for my cousin's little girl's birthday party.
And this one I did for that same cousin only this invitation she didn't know about it. Sneaky, sneaky!
This one is for my very best friend. She's expecting a baby girl in December!
This next watercolor is of a poplar restaurant/bar in Starkville, MS. Last June a couple got engaged there, and a very thoughtful friend of the bride-to-be commissioned this painting for them. I was able to paint in several unique details that are special to the couple.
Just for funsies, here's a "behind the scenes" pic. This is typically what my desk looks like when I'm working on a painting.
One last watercolor. This one is a new bookmark design for all my fellow Memphians!
If you live in the Memphis area, I hope you'll come out to the Cooper Young Festival this Saturday! I'll be in space A-142, across the street from the Celtic Crossing.
